Type of parameter is not CLS-compliant

Hi
I am after porting an application from .net 2003 to 2005. I am getting a number of problems, one such problem is a CLS-compliant problem. The error message is "Type of parameter <> is not CLS-compliant". Any suggestions on what would causes this and how it can be solved. The error is related to a third party control that was purchased for the product, this control is the JANUS WEB GRID.
The second error is "Signature of the body and declaration in a method implementation do not match. Type: 'projectname.CachedrptMembers'. Assembly: 'App_Code.qzh2-bnf, Version=1.0.2224.20224, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'." No further information is provide regarding the location of the error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
