Reverse Engineering of Your Visual Basic .NET or C# Code
Hello Everyone,
I came across this fantastic article in MSDN from
Gabriel Torok
and
Bill Leach
that explains in a very detailed way how to reverse engineering your Visual Basic. Net or C# code and dissasemble your entire application.
It also explains the Obfuscation method. Its goal is to hide the intent of a program without changing its runtime behavior. It's not encryption, but in the context of .NET code, it might be better. You could encrypt .NET assemblies to make them completely unreadable.
Please have a look at this URL
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/msdnmag/issues/03/11/NetCodeObfuscation/TOC.ASP?_r=1
Greetings
Fabio
