Visual Studio 2005 trying to dial-up to the internet.

Ok,
Just after installing visual studio 2005 professional edition. I created a simple web service (HTTP type) and built it successfully, the problem occurs when I try to run the damn thing, my machine trys to dial-up to the internet. Anyone else experience this problem???
